Smith's Carpet installed a new flooring in our kitchen about 3 years ago following a renovation project. The installation was very good and we were very happy with the look of the new tile floor. Unfortunately, the product did not hold up as well as we were expecting and showed damage after just 2 years. When we stopped by Smith's to discuss options, the owner was more than happy to schedule an appointment to stop by our house and inspect the damage. When he arrived, he explained the warranty process through the flooring manufacturer and took pictures of the damage to send to the company. Unfortunately, the company later sent an independent inspector who denied our claim. Despite being denied, Smith's has volunteered to replace the damaged tiles at no charge.
Excellent experience with the whole process! Owner is knowledgeable about product and installers did a perfect job. $1200 less than another local Carpet store on U.S. 40 in Greenfield for EXACT order and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Smith's installed in mother-in-law's home and ours for remodels.
